Hyde Park consists of 140 single family homes nestled next to Lake Florence just east of Winter Park, Florida. It has lake access with a playground and tennis courts. Hyde Park was developed in the late 1980's on a former citrus grove and still has many large oak trees from when it was first built.

 

The Association is made up of neighborhood owners and governed by an elected Board of Directors, membership is mandatory upon purchasing a home.  As an owner in Hyde Park, you are a member of the Association. The Association owns and maintains the common grounds and facilities. The Association elects members to the Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting. These Directors serve without pay, as do the members of various committees who help in the management. All homeowners and residents are encouraged to contribute to the activities within the committees.
