Quarterly Dues
Quarterly dues are $110 per home, your dues help pay for maintenance of the common areas including lawn maintenance, landscaping, irrigation and electricity. They are also used to maintain the tennis court, playground, community dock, fences and the brick wall. We do not currently accept online payments, please make your checks payable to:

Meeting Reminder
HOA meetings are held monthly, please check the Calendar for more information. Owners are welcome to attend.
Noise Complaints and Code Violations
Residents have asked what can be done about the noise from Action Church, it is currently being investigated but the sheriff's department needs more residents to file documented complaints. Please fill out this statement when you have an issue and call 407-665-6600 for an officer to come and pick up your statement. You may also report Seminole County Code Violations through their website, an online submission form is found here.
